Dark Enchanted

A parallel series to ‘Enchanted’, Dark Enchanted explores the dark and mysterious side of forests. Here they are no longer enchanted, luminous spaces, but dense, ambiguous places where light struggles to penetrate and the atmosphere becomes more uneasy. Where the deepest ancestral and collective fears come to light. The project plays with deep shadows, marked contrasts and darker colours to evoke a fairy-tale yet perturbing dimension, where wonder coexists with disquiet.
